You will need 3 pounds chuck roast,3 packages dry Italian dressing mix,1 cup water,1 (16 ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers and 8 hamburger buns. Place roast in slow cooker and season with dressing mix. Add water. Cover, cook on High 6 to 7 hours. During the last hour, shred meat with forks. Add peppers and serve on buns.
