Easy Italian Beef:
3-lb. Roast (Rump,Chuck)
4-Cloves Garlic, chopped
Salt,Pepper,Oregano and Red Pepper Flakes to taste
1/2-1 Cup Water
Add water, vegetables and seasonings to Crockpot,stir to mix, add meat on top. Cover and let cook according to time/setting for your Crockpot. When ready,slice meat (or shred)add back to vegetables. Serve on hard rolls.
