What is a good diet and exercises for volleyball?

You will want to focus on leg strength for volleyball as you'll need to be able to clear the net. Standing long jumps, step ups, leg presses and squats will be the best exercises to gain the needed leg strenght and endurance to get you up and over the net.

Low carbs with a lot of cardio to maintain good endurance. Plyometric exercises are good as well to increase explosiveness in terms of jumping.

Having a healthy balanced diet is always a good idea, but when you are doing vigorous sports make sure to up your protein intake. as for exercise make sure to work your legs and arms. do squats, lunges and lift some weights.

Just eat healthy foods. Take in a lot of protein because that is essential for athlethes of all kinds. Eat a lot of fruit and nuts. Do squats.
