I had surgery and now I am in more pain than ever, can't sleep, and they say there is nothing they can do.

Shoulder decompression is a procedure, that creates more space between long bone of the upper arm and a small bony projection of the shoulder blade. More space relieve jostle of structures, that may be cause of the pain.

You need a strong pain reliever like Oxycordon, or Codine, they work on any kind of pain, you also need to rest more.
