It is about a woman who found love on her birthday, it is reasonable and has a decent rhyming scheme however it is pretty short and feels like it was written for an inscription on a card for somebodys birthday. In general the poem is not one that will blow your socks off, but it is good enough.

It may be about the arrival of a lover or possibly a religious awakening. The poem is structurally sound and it instills a sense of joy in the reader.

Personally i don't agree with those who say that this poem has some religious significance. I instead feel she is preparing for an arrival of her lover - hence the dais (small stage) and the decorative orders given to some invisible work force.
