A Biro pen is a brand of ball point pen. Biro is also used as a generic term for all ball point pens. A Bic pen could be referred to as a Biro pen.

The Biro pen contains a combination of colors of inks. The user is able to select the 2 shades of ink dispersed simultaniously. There are hundreds of combinations that can be selected to create the ink shades desired by the individual user. The ink cartridges are long lasting and can be replaced easily.
