There are two. The first is to use a soft cloth and window cleaner, like WinDex. You might want to spot-check though, as it may remove the color. Spray on the mark and gently buff out the mark. The other way is to use a Magic Eraser type product.

I would try using hairspray. Just be very careful to make sure that you get all of the hairspray off of the leather so it doesn't get sticky.

Have you tried Oxyclean yet? I use this product to anything. I am not sure if it will work in your case but give it a try. It is pretty good.

Rubbing alcohol is a great way because ink is normally alcohol based. However, a leather cleaner should follow up because alcohol can dry and crack leather.
