Go to Craigslist - go to France - select a category that is about instruction and see if you get any takers for a correspondent in French. I think this would work out.

Sometimes someone at a school or college will help you get a pen pal. Go to a library there might be some information there which will help, but a school is the best bet.

You can exchange message online by email or by the older method snail mail. It is the through internet you can practice the language quicker. The correspondence will improve your grammatical skills of the french language and you can improve your skills in your own native language.

You can find penpal through looking at newspapers where you can inquire to see poeple who are looking for penpal and also you should write or email your name on a magazine that will post your name and address where people can see your name.
