I have a recipe for removing ink stains that are on hard surfaces like a wood floor. Go buy some muscle rub cream and apply it with a soft sponge or other material. It worked great and didn't scuff the floor or anything. Give it a try it works!

Soak the stain with an alcohol based hairspray after placing several paper towels under the stained area. The ink will start going out of the material and into the towel. You will have to repeat this several times. Alcohol based nail polish remover works great too. Great for clothes/carpets.

The hairspray works great but I never soak with it. I just spray it on the ink stain and wait about 30 minutes before putting it in the washer!  add a comment

Stain is a general thing that may happen in steel or iron. To reduce this type of stain occured just take a piece of cloth and then dip in it in a small quantity of kerosene. Then rub the dipped cloth where there pen chrome stain. Then we can find nearly 80% of the stain removed.

I've tried lots of stuff over the years and one time I had to get it out of a comforter. I used rubbing alcohol on it and a soft cloth and gently rubbed the stain. Each time you rub you need to use a clean portion of the cloth.

If it is on your skin, then all you have to do is wait. If it's on your clothes, then I would suggest bleach or a bleach substiture for colored clothes.
