Not always. It will depend on the location of the cyst and size. I'm sure your doctor will want to do more tests before he sets you up for surgery.

Some cysts do not cause symptoms. Other cysts can become large and burst. Some cysts may have to be removed surgically if they are causing difficulty walking and other symptoms that impair a person.

First you will be given an antibotic to see if it goes away and possibly something like a steriod to try and shrink it. If this does not work and another cat scan shows it is still there, you will have surgery .

Only your doctor can answer this because each case is different depending on size, type and location of cyst. Often the cyst will be left alone and you will be asked to come back for checks regularly. Surgery is an option if the cyst grows fast or causes other symptoms.

Some cysts can be cleared up with antibotics. Steroids may also be given to shrink the cyst. Surgery is an option. More tests would have to be done, and the location of the cyst is important as imput to operate or not.

Cysts are throughout your body some people get them regularly. The deal with cysts is that they are not any big deal. Most of the time they will shrink and eventually go away with no surgery or any treatment. I would not stress about surgery for your ailment, u will be fine.

I would think so. I would not rule it out. If you have to have surgery my advice is to find someone who has a good track record. You do not want just anyone to give you surgery. Just be sure to ask a ton of questions about your surgery before hand.

Most likely you will need some kind of brain surgery as any kind of growth in the brain can be extremely dangerous
