What happened to the "baby on board" signs?

The "Baby On Board" signs were a pop culture trend in the United States from the late 70's to the early 90's. Unfortunately, like all trends they eventually fade out. There are probably some of the original signs available on eBay, but if not any local print shop should be able to easily recreate one for you.

"Baby on Board" signs are still in production. They can be purchased at a variety of places, online and at brick-and-mortar (real life) locations. They're available from Target, Wal-Mart, Costco, K-Mart, Sam's Club and Fry's Electronics. The average cost is around three dollars US currency.
