Try some of the other calcium rich foods like salmon, collard greens, bok choy, almonds, spinach, sardines. These are just a few of the foods that are rich in calcium, there are others, look on the nutriton label that is found on most foods today. Also try some of the calcium enriched products on the market today.

Black beans, fortified cereal, spinach, salmon, tofu, oysters, almonds, corn tortillas, bok choy, kale, navy beans, soy beans, watercress, broccoli, apricots, walnuts, oranges, figs, and soy milk all contain calcium. Orange juice can even be bought with calcium added. These foods contain calcium but not as much as dairy products. Foods containing dairy (such as pizza) have calcium.

Milk and other dairy products are the best sources of calcium, but there are many geographic, cultural and religious groups whose diets include very little or no dairy products. Yet these folks are often doing just fine and not suffering from deficiencies. So you can certainly get calcium from other sources, such as green leafy vegetables, nuts, and soy products.

Sardines, salmon, spinach, kale, turnip greens, Chinese cabbage, and broccoli are good sources, as are calcium-fortified foods such as orange juice and breakfast cereals.
