I use whey protein. I enjoy lifting weights and working out. Whey protein provides a fast digesting source of protein after a workout, when my muscles need it most. I also take a multi-vitamin formulated for athletes. This has every vitamin and mineral needed to provide energy and overall health.

I'm taking, with good results, a drink that has wolfberry extract, sorrel flower buds, black strap molasses,velvet bean, golden rod, Georgian Snow Rose leaves,Harada fruit, Amia berry, Blueberry berry and leaf extract,Ginger root, Kiwi fruit juice,Bamboo stem extract, and trace minerals. This is to achieve increased energy, stamina and health

I would take Vitamin D3, it's something that helps you gain some energy and you only get it from being out in the sun, so if you are not outside in the sun a lot consider D3.

You should take fish oil as studies have shown omega-3 found in fish oil is good for your cardiovascular system, especially by lowering cholesterol.
