What is a good food with vitamin k?

I want to get more vitamin k naturally.

This vitamin can be found in many greens. Mainly, spinach, collard greens, peas and cabbage have a high content. There is one fruit that also contains it, plums.

Spinach, green beans and broccoli have vitamin k. Swiss chard is another source. Green peas and asparagus contain this. Cow's milk contains vitamin k. Turnips and mustard greens are a source. Romaine lettuce also contains this.

Green leafy vegetables are a good source of vitamin K, these include kale, collard greens, spinach, beet greens, turnip greens, mustard greens. Other good sources of vitamin k are broccoli, brussels sprouts, parsley, lettuce, asparagus. I like to add fresh spinach to salads and sandwiches it's an easy and tasty way to get some vitamin k.
