LMFAO is an abbreviation for laughing my fat a** off, usually. You can pick and choose what you want that "F" to stand for; depending on how you feel about "bad" words. It means you are rolling on the floor laughing so hard, in general.

"LMFAO" means laugh my f***ing (expletive) ass off. Similar to ROFL, or roll on floor laughing, it's an form of chat room shorthand signifying that the comment it refers to is extremely funny.
