Varies based on a few factors including user,amount,personality and mood. Large doses can bring delusions and visual hallucinations. Physical effects are dilated pupils, higher body temperature, increased heart rate and blood pressure, sweating, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, dry mouth, and tremors. Rapid mood change as well panic attacks can occur. Long term use can bring flashbacks.

LSD is an hallucinogenic drug. It tampers with the mind's ability to process sensory inputs, distorting perceptions of sight and sound and disabling reality testing. LSD is stored in the spinal column and traces of the drug can be detected through drug tests as much as a year after ingestion.

In my experence, I took one hit of LSD with a friend and it seemed like my sences were intensified. Sight and smell. Also everything was the funniest thing I have ever heard.
