With luck and good planning - nothing. A chapter 13 works to manage the debt while protecting business operations so you can continue to produce income. While in evaluating the company, the decision might be made to reduce the work force, there is nothing in bankruptcy law that requires a reduction in force or related employee actions.

Chapter 13 is dealing with bankruptcy. If you have your own place of business in which you have hired people working for you, they will be shorted with pay.

Your employer does owe you money if he files chapter 13. You will need proff of claim that you worked with him 90 days prior.
