What does black tea do for your body?

I know black tea is good for you, but what does it do?

Black tea, like many other kinds, has antioxidants. Studies have been done that show it may help prevent high cholesteral, help arteries, promote weight loss and prevent some forms of cancer. While not proven, theses studies show tea is an amazing product and it tastes good too.

Researches suggests that the black tea is a major cotributor of healthe promoting nutrients. Black tea acts as an antioxidant,commonly found in vegitable,fruits etc. ,which fights aganist the diseases such as heart disease and cancer disease and more over black gives a little push when you wake up in the morning after pulling up an all-nighter.
