Always use a china cup. Use assam or darjeeling tea, NOT tea bags. Start by warming your teapot, boil water and pour over tea leaves( allow one teaspoon per cup), let stand for 4/5 mins and pour, ad sugar and milk to taste. Perfect!

Begin with the perfect cup of water, filtered or purified is best (minerals, chlorine, or contaminants may alter tea's flavor). Heat the water to a high temperature, short of a boil, hot--non-boiling water enhances flavor. Finally, steep the tea to your taste, perfection of flavor is largely personal preference, three minutes is a good starting point.

Start by boiling water. Pour water into a mug. Let the water cool for about 5 minutes. Then add the tea bag of your choice into the mug of hot water. Let the tea bag sit for about another 5-10 minutes (depending on how strong you want) then remove. Add sugar, honey, lemon, milk, and/or ice as desired.

Here is what I learned while on a trip to China on how to make green tea. Bring water to a boil, than let it cool slightly to about 95 degrees Celsius. Pour over green tea leaves and let steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Enjoy your tea.

The first step is to find a tea that you love. After that, boil water (do not microwave it. Boiling water removed bacteria and purifies) on the stove. Pour the hot water into a mug with your teabag and let steep for a least three minutes (longer if you prefer stronger tea).

Find a fragrant and colorful tea. The tea that comes loose that you need to strain usually turn out the best cup. Also teas look for made in Japan Bring the water to a rapid boil and poor over the strainer filled with tea leaves. Let it steep for a while to insure that every bit of flavor is released.
