Hey may not be into you. It could also be that he's nervous when talking to you, even if he doesn't admit it or look like he is. If he likes you it will work out, if not it's time to move on.
If a guy gives mixed signals perhaps the best thing to do is swallow the pride and try to talk to him and see if he knows what he is really trying to convay.
