What could cause sudden aggression in cats?

Age could be one of the things that is contributing to the rage of your beloved kitten. Something else that could be the cause of the kittens aggression could be whether or not its fixed. If your kitten has not been fixed then it could be facing a great volume of testosterone.

Your cat may have been traumatized by something. Weather its another cat you have added to the house or even if he or she is not fixed. It is actually quite common.

Cats often react badly to sudden changes. A move or a new pet can often trigger aggression. The cat may also be ill or have an injury.

Cats can become aggressive for several reasons. It may be feeling threatened or it may be defending something such as its food supply or its babies. There may be medical conditions causing the behaviour as well such as rabies.
