What could cause pain on my bones while I'm jogging or running?

It all depends how old you are. This could be a start of arthritis. If that the case stop doing weight bearing excerises. Instead ride a bike or start swimming. I use to run 6 miles a day and now that I am older I have great pain in my legs and knees and the doctor says it from running.

You could be experiencing stress fractures or problems with soft tissue attachments. Either possibility requires an exam by a qualified physician.

Bones have no pain receptors so what you feel may be pain in the surrounding tendons and muscles, due to previous inactivity or lack of proper warmup.
