A hard nodule could a cause of concern if it does not hurt or pain. Warm saline rinse should be done to see if it subsided. If not then consult a dentist who will see the lesion and advise accordingly.

could be a tumor, extra bone growth or infection that has hardened, in any case needs to be diagnosed by a dentist

swolen thyroid glands or blood clout in gem or tooth infecton or swolen gums are the causes od hard nodule.

hard module in your mouth may not be a serious problem,it may a mucous retention cyst and it is common problem
