What is the difference between a hypoehoic solid nodule and a fat loblue?

I need to understand the difference between a hypoehoic solid nodule and a fat loblue.

Hepatocellular carcinoma frequently occurs in association with liver cirrhosis. echogenicity of dysplastic nodules correlated with their fat content. The difference between a hypoehoic solid nodule and a fat loblue are that the hypoehoic solid nodule one can be cancerous and other not.

Hypoehoic solid nodule is commonly a firm mass found in the breast and may be malignant. But fat lobules are smooth and not dangerous.
