The difference between a hypoehoic solid nodule and a fat loblue are that the hypoehoic solid nodule one can be cancerous and other not.

Hypoehoic solid nodule is commonly a firm mass found in the breast and may be malignant. But fat lobules are smooth and not dangerous.
