You could be having an allergic reaction to a new product lotion, detergent etc. Through your description it sounds like it could also be the start of moles.

Raised rust colored spots arise on skin due to a bacterial or fungal infection normally. If not then it may be due to lack of sufficient water cells on body.

Go to a doctor when it comes to your skin... a dermatologist. Rust colored spots could be not important or something else. Nobody but a dermatologist should opine on this.

It could be age spots. It could also be eczema or psoriosis or even skin cancer. Stress or diet could be the culprit, as well as simple dry skin.

They could be age spots depending on your age and the amount of time you have spent in the sun. They are called age or sun spots.

This could be caused by many different things from environmental to physilogical reasons. You could be getting to much UV exposure, to recieving your so called "age spots". Usually from the ages of 30 yrs. on up people start to get dicolored spots on the skin. If they are raiesed I would seek a physician.
