Usually you can find rust remover at home depot, but if that does not work then you can always repaint your hot tub or buy a new one, many choices.

I suggest scrubbing the tub with a mild cleaning solution and paper towel. If that doesn't work, try some baking soda. Let it sit in a paste, mixed with water, then scrub away. If all else fails there's specific rust removal products in any big box store.

Go into a building market they have special paper to remove the rust spots. After you did It use a special color against rust for iron.

Yes, you can do this easily with a rust removing cleaner. You will more than likely have to clean the spots a few times, but they will come out.
