I need to remove rust spots from the hot tub.

If you aren't into using commercial products like CLR, you can pour ample table salt on the rust spot then moisten it with lemon juice. The juice helps loosen the rust, and the salt acts as an abrasive.

Usually you can find rust remover at home depot, but if that does not work then you can always repaint your hot tub or buy a new one, many choices.

I suggest scrubbing the tub with a mild cleaning solution and paper towel. If that doesn't work, try some baking soda. Let it sit in a paste, mixed with water, then scrub away. If all else fails there's specific rust removal products in any big box store.

Yes, you can do this easily with a rust removing cleaner. You will more than likely have to clean the spots a few times, but they will come out.
