What could be causing raised dry patches on my skin?

This could very well be symptoms of psoriasis. Your skin may also be red and feel kind of scaley. This is a disease of your immune system and you should go to your doctor so they can give you cream for your skin or it will get very painful.

If the patches are red, white, or red with a white "crust" around the edges, you're suffering from psoriasis. It could also be eczema. You should definitely consult your physician about it. He will be able to give you creams to treat your condition.

Your whole skin is very short of water and you can put some lotions.Have more fruit and vitamins.You also need to check your clothes for allergy.
