What could be causing my Maytag super capacity dryer to have lint blowing out of the vent pipe?

There may be lint stuck along the inside of the vent hose. Use your vacuum cleaner to vacuum it out from both ends.

There could be old lint stuck in the pipe slowly working its way out the vent. Take the pipe loose from the dryer and vent and clean it out. There are also kits available to clean out the lint trap space. The kit has a flexible brush and vacuum attachment.

If the lint seems to be blowing out all of the time then you have a leak in your hose. You will need to purchase a new hose and then put it on.
