Try a plumbing snake. You can get one cheap at a local store and they're also good for persistent toilet clogs. You run the snake through the pipe until the clog dislodges and then flush with hot water. Good to go.

I personally would not attempt such a repair myself. I would call a reliable plumber to come in and do the cleaning with a snake.

Locate the washer roof vent and snake the line from there. Put out enough cable to reach the base and Flush the line by cycling the washer

The best thing to do is to try a snake. You can rent one for 4 hours for about 30 dollars at Home Depot. It should be able to unclog it. If that does not work your best bet is to just get a wire hanger and try to pull whatever it is out.

TO clean the clogged drain hose you need to remove the hose from drain pump and try to clean manually.
