Back acne usually occurs during puberty, when sebum is produced through the sebaceous glands. When there is an excess of sebum; pores and hair follicles will become clogged which attracts bacteria and causes acne. This can be helped by treating it with a 10 percent benzoyl peroxide cream or gel.If it is severe one should go to a dermatologist.

This happens when the pores become clogged and hair follicles become clogged. An antibacterial soap applied to the skin can help this condition. Exfoliating the skin can help.
