Blend 1 lime, 1/2 tsp ginger, an egg white, and 1 tsp of tumeric with a whole cucumber. Wear it as a mask for 15 minutes every night.

Yes, acne spots can become fainter with the help of cucumber. For this, a cucumber should be ground into a paste and applied on the face for half an hour after which it should be washed off. This must be done regularly to keep away from acne. Cucumber acts as an astringent and toner for the skin.

Cucumbers are a great moisturizer and will help remove impurities in the skin by unclogging pores. It will not "cure" acne, but it is a good addition to any acne treatment routine.

The only thing that can truly help you get rid of acne is seeing your doctor and using a specific acne medication. The pimples need to be dried out so they can come to a head and be gone. If anything, cucumbers are likely to hydrate the skin, which could clog it more. They are great for eyes though.

@whoareyou You're wrong. Acne Prone skin NEEDS to be moisturized more than ever, just with noncomedogenic moisturizers, or moisturizers that don't clog pores. Cucumbers moisturize the skin, so the skin doesn't feel the need to produce its own sebum [oil].  add a comment

Applying cucumbers to your skin may soothe inflamed areas. The natural acids in the cucumber may also break down the oil on your skin that can cause acne. While cucumbers might help, they won't treat acne any better than a regular oil-free facial cleanser that you can buy in a drugstore.
