The CIA has many different positions. For the CIA, you only need apply. You can do this online. To be a spy, or in the Directorate of Operations, one needs to be at least in their late 20's, have international experience, good at languades, and have an advanced degree.

Significant prior experience is required. This usually means time in the military or working with law enforcement. You must also be able to pass a rigorous psychological screening and security check.

If you would like to work with the CIA then you should contact your local state government office to see what kind of college education that you will need for this job. Sometimes it only takes a technical college diploma to work with the CIA. Also, sometimes your county that you live in will pay for your schooling.
