For more Toyota vehicles it is fairly simple, but it depends on year and model ofcourse. some you can reach the bulb from the trunk without doing anything other than pull off a cover. On most toyota trucks you just pull the light off with 4 screws on the outside and pull the bulb out from behind.

Toyota break light replacements can be expensive if you order from the manafacture. I would recommend checking the local junkyards first. If no luck try the local part store.

First, I need to know what specific model. Then the specific year model. There are different designs of the tail light assembly per model. But, basically, you have to find a double filament bulb. For a simple reason. One functions as a park tail light. The other as a brake light. It's easy to remove and replace.
