Open trunk, pull carpeting away from back of tail light, there should be plastic push pins holding it in place. Unbolt tail lamp from body, twist and remove bulb. Replace bulb. Be sure that the bulb works properly before reinstalling tail lamp. Bolt tail lamp back into place and reattach carpeting with push pins.

The brake lights are located inside the car. Remove the trim covering the tail lights, and then remove the bulb and replace.
