This is usually not a difficult fix. Look online or in the owner's manual to find the bulb type that you need for this specific light. Open the trunk and find the panel underneath the lid which opens up to reveal the rear light bulbs. Find the bulb and replace it.

Replacement will depend on the make and model of the cars. On most you can usually access it from the inside of the trunk. Then simply remove any screws and the socket should drop down. Some models may require removal from the top.

There should be a screw on the cover of the light that you will take out and then all you do is pop the cover off. The bulb is there.

first look inside the trunk there should be a removable panel. remove the panel, it should pop out but may have screws hidden under little plastic disks. then u should see the wires. the bulb should twist slightly to unlock and then pull right out. pull bulb out of socket

On most, if you look on the sides of the housing you will see small plugs. Remove those and see if there are screws underneath. If not, pull the housing away for access to the bulb. Rarely will you have to go through the trunk for access.

you pull the taillight out of the back of the car. it usually is held in by two phillips screws. and you go to the auto store and get the standard bulb. but brings yours with you to compare. there are several different kinds of bulbs to choose from. good luck.
