What can you tell me about putting in contacts?

Our office spends one hour teaching. First step show which way the contact goes in,if it's inside out it will not feel comfortable. Then we show how to hold open their eyelids. Insert the contact on the eye. It may sound easy, but the first time can be difficult.

Just know that as you keep doing it it will get easier and quicker. Dip it in solution, and with the tip of your finger,and place on eye.

Putting in contacts can be difficult at first but once you get the hang of it, it's really easy. Don't rush. Hold the contact in the center of your index finger and gently place it in your eye. Blink to make sure you have it in right and you're set.

When you put in a contact lens, it feels a little bit like there's something in your eye for a few seconds, but it doesn't hurt, and soon you can't feel them in your eye at all. Contacts that fit properly are very comfortable to wear.

Before you put in contacts you want to make sure that your hands are clean and dry, and that the contact lens is right-side-out. Otherwise, it will hurt.
