What can I do to achieve better muscle definition?

The best method to help better define your muscles is twofold--muscle building and fat reducing. To build more muscle, make sure you adequately challenge yourself but upping the weight you lift over time. To lose fat make sure on days you aren't lifting that you get in good aerobic exercise.

Good muscle definition comes from low body fat. Combine a solid low carbohydrate, high protein diet with intense exercise, and your muscles will have great definition.

You can be eating properly, but not over using protein as some body builders do. Try some specific muscle body exercises.

Targeted weights training is the best way to improve muscle definition. Work on each muscle group separately and this will improve your tone, strength and definition.
