How can I gain muscle mass naturally?

I want a lot of muscle mass but not a lot of weight.

Combine running (as much as you can, an hour or so everyday if possible) for toning, swimming (couple times a week) for keeping the weight down, as well has a hard work out (every 1-3 days) such as weight lifting, push ups, crunches, and sit-ups, for muscle gain. Eat Healthy!

You can gain muscle naturally by eating a full serving of a meal 4-6 times daily with 2-3 hour intervals in between meals. You must also drink 5-8 glasses of water a day, take a multi-vitamin, and get atleast eight hours of sleep a night. Plenty of whole milk will also help.

You should mix several types of excersises together. Balance light lifting across all areas of the body and then run or swim. You may build weight but it will appear fully balanced.
