check the ducting that leads to the back of the car for any leaks or clogs on the duct. if it is fine, then check blower motor on the engine compartment to see if it is strong enought to push air to the back of the vehicle.

Is the rear ac working, but not blowing cold air? Then you're low on refrigerant. If the fan for the rear air Is working, the switch is bad.

Take it to the garage and they will check to see if there is a leak somewhere and they will be able to fix it.

Take it to either the garage or the dealer ship so they can put the gauges on it and trouble shoot the problem it could just be a bad hose.

My experience with 'air' tells me that the rate of release for the two valves would 'almost certainly' NOT, be the same. Some, or maybe all of the Chrysler expansion valves are adjustable... and can be adjusted to produce the proper balance of release. A balance between the two valves is needed to insure equal cooling front to rear..

Depending on what type and year of chrysler you own, some vehicles have two systems on them. my is guess is check the rear venting.
