Feed your dog only 3 times a day, each with 1 1/2 cup of light food. don't feed what human eats. feed only special food for dogs. if it has stomach upset again then please take it to a doctor, your pet need some antibiotics to get cured.

Ok you can give the pepto bismol to dogs but you need to contact a vet to get a dose.
