What can I do for a failed igniter on a GE stove?

There will be two reasons for this problem,The first one is the Ignition transformer(if ignition transformer is defective it won't supply power to Spark plugs),The second is the Spark plugs which are igniting the burners (if spark plugs are defective it will not ignite,may be burned either plug from ignition transformer or head of spark plug).

The ignitor mechanism tends to wear out with age, and GE has been reliable with this type of problem on their stoves. The strange thing is that the ignitor may continue to glow red even though it has become defective.
