Did you try and turn it off manually? If so leave it off for a few minutes. Some have computer parts and maybe this will give it time to adjust. Turn it back on and if this doesn't work call the service department that is shown in the manual. If you don't have one go on-line.
I would not want a freezer that ran non-stop. Maybe you have it overcrowed, maybe you can remove, clear out some old items. ALso call the company, and repairman.
