What are weight loss tips for teenagers?

I don't have a lot of money to spend on custom meals being sent to my house or anything like that. I want to look good by prom.

You don't want to lose a lot of muscle weight while doing this, especially at your age. Cut out carbs, not protein. Follow a low-carb diet like the Zone.

The first and most important tip is to eat.Starving yourself is not a solution and you will end up gaining more weight. Second cut out the snacks and junk food teenagers like to eat like chips and soda and replace it with more fruit.

Just exercise a lot. Exercise and monitoring what you eat are great ways for teenagers to lose weight. You can run or jog daily, lift weights, and do other cardio exercises. To eat healthy, you need to eat whole grain breads, healthy, non-fat protein, and get as many fruits and vegetables as you can.

Teenagers need to be careful on overdoing weight loss. Watching calories or going on a zero carb diet, with exercise will help lose weight easily. I have used the Atkins diet and you can lose, if followed 5-7 pds the first week and not be hungry and still get the needed food your body needs.
