White flies are extremely small and fuzzy, as are wooly aphids. Mealybugs are also white and fuzzy looking. Sevin Dust on plants will help with this problem. Houseplant problems can be controlled with sprays especially for them. Insecticides are made especially for certain plants and such; purchase whichever one you need and follow instructions.
