Take the tire off. Loosen the brake pads. Take a twelve millimeter wrench and loosen and take the two bolts off the brake caliper. Loosen the two bolts that holds the caliper and take it off. Take a hammer and hit the rotor a few times until it is loose. Remove rotor

Jack the front of the car up off the ground, remove the wheel and tire from the vehicle, then remove the 2 caliper bolts from the caliper, slid the caliper off with rotor, then remove the rotor. Replace the rotor with the replacement part, put the caliper, wheel and tire, and lower the car.

Well the process can vary quite a bit because there are a lot of different Honda models. I can't give an exact description of the process. Start by removing the wheel. The unbolt the caliper and secure it off to the side. Then slide the rotor off.
