Walking and running are great ways to get you in shape and stay in shape. Joining a fitness class is great inspiration and a lot of fun too.

Getting in shape is easy, you just have to be prepared to work hard. Results are gained by being consistent and varying your workouts. Our bodies adapt very quickly to the same routine, so try walking, running, cardio machines, weights yoga and pilates. Change it up and have fun.

You should combine cardio with strength exercises for the best results. Running is great for cardio but can be hard on your knees- try swimming. Push-ups are also very effective.
