What are the hottest states in the USA?

I think SC is one of them.

Southern California is definately very hot. Other hot states include Florida, Texas, and Mississippi. Basically any state in the deep South is very hot.

California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas all have areas that hit the highest temperature marks. Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and South Dakota are non-western states that have hit record high temperatures. For year round warmth statewide it is Florida, Arizona and Texas. Phoenix Arizona is the hottest city year round.

I find that Texas feels the warmest of any state. The dry dusty west Texas wind parches us, and it never feels like it is going to rain.

Different states are hotter at times during different times of the year, but on average, the hottest state is Nevada. Different cities also are hotter than others, but the state of Nevada is the hottest. Other states which feel the heat are California, Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Florida.
