Catholics think the priesthood authority governing their church has been unbroken since the time of Christ. Lutherans think Catholics got off track and believe in the priesthood of all believers.

Well, first of all you've got that whole papal infallibility thing. Then there's the celibate clergy issue. And the contraception issue. And the abortion issue. Also restaurants. Lutherans prefer Denny's, while Catholics are more IHOP types. Plus you have feasts of saints, observing Lent, raising money with bingo, all Catholic deals.
