Can a divorced non Catholic person get married to a Catholic?

I am Catholic but my boyfriend who is divorced is not.

This depends on how strongly you believe the doctrines of your Catholic faith. Legally, you can marry anyone you want to who isn't already married. The Catholic faith however is very strict about divorce and remarriage, and also about marrying non-Catholics. Discuss this with your priest for an in-depth answer.

Yes you can, however without going through an annulment thorugh the Catholic church you will not be able to be married in a Catholic church or by a Catholic priest.

1 Corinthians 7:12-14 states: "For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through her believing husband. "

Yes, the two of you can marry. Since your boyfriend wasn't married in or by the Catholic Church that marriage isn't recognized by the church as it pertains to divorce.
