A good way to work on your shoulder flexibility would be to stand with your feet wide apart and clasp your hands behind your back. Straighten your arms out behind you. Then, lean forward letting the weight of your arms pull them further, stretching them even more. Hold there, then come up and repeat a few times.

First you have to stretch your arms backwards then hold it for 15 minutes and repeat this exercise for 3 to 4 times. Then stretch to the right place one arm across the your body keeping it parallel to the ground then pull your elbow towards your body hold for 15 to 20 minutes continue for 3 to 4 times.
